Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel offers breathtakingly beautiful, comfortable, and luxurious rooms with delicious designs. However, you might need to be a bit tech-savvy to fully enjoy the in-room amenities. The service is top-notch, especially from the housekeeping and concierge staff, who go above and beyond to make your stay special. The location is fantastic for exploring the city, near popular attractions and delicious dining options. The dining experience is high quality but might be slightly pricey for some. Overall, a luxurious and convenient stay with excellent service.
The hotel is in a prime location, perfect for exploring Paris while offering a serene escape in a luxurious setting. The rooms lack modern amenities like USB charging points and require multiple requests for ice, but overall, the service is top-notch with friendly and accommodating staff. Dining options are limited and expensive, encouraging guests to explore local alternatives. The facilities are well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay.
This hotel exceeded my expectations with its beautifully appointed rooms, Michelin restaurant, and comfortable amenities. While the dining options were a bit limited, the excellent service and prime location made up for it.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms, although clean, were a bit small. The location was superb, close to major attractions, but slightly overpriced. The dining options were good, but could use more variety in the menu.
The hotel provided a comfortable and spacious room that enhanced our stay despite a size discrepancy in the room, unfortunately missing out on the World Cup. The service offered was courteous and discrete, even though lacking professionalism, and the location was great for exploring all that Paris has to offer with convenient access to shops and attractions. The dining experience was generous although slightly delayed on some days and additional fees for more breakfast options. Overall, a mixed but enjoyable stay.
